My all-powerful Shame

Shame is in my voice.

Shame is in my posture.

Shame is in me eyes.

Shame is in my Whole Presence.

I feel Shame for my Whole Being.

I cover it with Arrogance.

I cover it with Anger.

I cover it with Ignorance.

I cover it with Agression.

There is an Agressor grown in me out of Shame.

Now I embrace my Shame,

I embrace my belittling of my Self,

I embrace my painful criticism of my Self,

I embrace my neglegt of my Self,

I embrace me being nothing and no one for my Self,

I embrace my humiliation of my Self,

I embrace my despise towards my Self, and

I surrender to my Shame.

I do not fight with it.

I let be. For,

once I accept it, it will cease to exist for me.
